		<description>WOw - I really look forward to these, Jen. Keep up the good work. We actually use a calendar system that just lists the daily events. I hadn&#039;t thought to add the encoruagement, butthat is such a good idea. I will see how we cna put that on the ole dry erase board with the rest of it. (We try to give a two week shapshot there so, that doc appts and other things are on there and don&#039;t have to be discussed. Everyone just sees what else is going on, and how their activities fit into the overall scheme fo things. You are so right, though, that it is like running a small business. How cool is that?!</description>
