Mommy of Many Show #12: Talking with Kateri

January 13, 2008

While Kateri was home from school for the break, I took the opportunity to bring her into the studio and sit down for a chat. She shares a few stories about life in the Lang house and what it’s like to be the oldest in a big family. It was fun to have her with me for the show. I hope you enjoy our chat!

Thank you for visiting the site and for listening to the show.

Kateri sounds like a great kid! Wish she were close, so I could get her to babysit!! It’s hard to find babysitters that know how to deal with a “huge” group of kids!

I loved it! Especially the part where Kateri talked about being on her own and waiting for someone to start a fight with her or throw something! I remember Jay and how he would hide food. We could all eat for days, boxes of crackers or cereal…and the suckers in his pocket that he was saving for later.

This was great…weird almost because it was as though you were interviewing your own daughter about being your daughter..haha. I really liked it though. Missing and Loving both of you xoxoxo
