For several years, I’ve been a bit obsessed with making sure I don’t have bad breath. I seriously get stressed over it and won’t talk if I think I MIGHT have bad breath. So, I am a big gum chewer. I carry packs in my purse, almost all the time. We have packs of gum in a jar on the kitchen counter and Clay carries gum in his pocket and in his truck. I buy multipacks at Costco, just to make sure we don’t run out.

Well, it seems that one of my children is either also worried about his breath, or worried that there may be a shortage of gum at some point. THIS is what I found under Max’s bed today when I was looking for a missing shoe;

Gum, anyone?

Good night~

    HAHAHA…lil guy! I wonder if he really chewed all of that! I wonder if he likes it or if he watches you and Clay so he thinks he has to. He would be the one of your children to analyze something like that…brilliant lil mind. Are you sure it wasn’t Tristan..?..Haha.

    I love you xo

    I am with you Jen. Not only do I carry gum, but also mints, and some sort of little candy like m&ms or something in case I ran out of the minty stuff just so my breath will smell like something other than, well, just BREATH. Then of course if you are out of all that you could also keep a travel size toothpaste in your purse and just squeeze a little on your finger. Wait, that sounds like a good idea…I was originally joking.

    Max is a funny boy but doesn’t stray too much from the normal things hidden under beds. Afraid that one day you might find them there, hidden, candy (wrappers) :) old food :( and so many others. Max has just taken a liking to gum! XOXO Maddi
