I believe removing the option to place socks in a designated basket is very important and will enable my success in keeping up this new habit of pairing socks each time laundry is washed. It was always very hard for me to throw out the loners thinking that in the next load the match would show up. Throw aways for me would be the ones with large holes. To be honest here, this might sound crazy, but I do miss that twice-weekly ritual of the "folding of the socks". Guess I need to get-a-life.
