But, I ditch the diapers from the beginning. We use an egg timer & set it every 20 min., when it dings we sing a potty song & dance to make it fun & then try to go. The boys decorated their timers with stickers to make it fun. The first 2-3 days we had a lot of accidents, but after about a week or so with no diapers & using the potty every 30 min. or so, they were trained with no accidents (except every once in awhile). We still used diapers for naps and bedtime though. Hope everything keeps going well- love the M&M's, perfect size, perfect prize! We use M&M’s too. But, I ditch the diapers from the beginning.
