I had a doula for Tate & Jake's birth & wish I had had one for Coby. I would never give birth without a doula- probably bc my shortest labor was 20 hours & always bad back pain. It is no easy job, but truly, it is such an important job. One of my friends is a doula & is going to nursing school to become a mid wife. Doulas are THE best!
